These terms and conditions apply to the access and use of the website Performancehq.ae and its related sub-domains, sites, services and tools (the "Site").

This site is owned and operated by Performance HQ Motors Auto L.L.C – part of Al Fahim which is an Abu Dhabi based Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as “Performance HQ” or “performancehq.ae” or “we” or “us”).

All our contact information can be found on the “Contact Us” page of this website. By accepting these terms and conditions, and by using the Site, the customer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “you”) represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions please do not access, register with or use this Site.

The information on the site is provided by Performance HQ Motors Auto L.L.C and whilst we endeavor to keep it up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Site for any purpose.

Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the Site and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the actual goods.

Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.


Whilst we endeavor to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to amend/cancel the order.

Prices on the Site are available in AED, the currency of the United Arab Emirates. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.

Placing Orders and Payment Options

There are two main options for payment: Cash on Delivery and Credit Card Online. Customers are free to use any payment method to place an order. We use secure payment facilities for online credit card purchases. See “Security” for more information on the same.

Customers can place an order as guests or registered users through the website. When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order and we may call you to review the order details.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this and you will have the option to amend/cancel the order.

Returns Policy

Some of products available at Performancehq.ae are returnable, provided they are returned in fully re-saleable condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition. You can return products within 3 days of receipt of the product in original, undamaged packaging.

Returnable product(s) should be in a fully re-saleable condition, with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition, items not returned in the above condition will fail inspection and a refund will not be issued.

The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.

Refunds will be done through the original mode of payment.

Customer’s Obligations

Whilst using the Site and purchasing products from Performance HQ, the Customer agrees that it shall:

  • Adhere to the terms and conditions as applicable from time to time;

  • Provide accurate information for the purposes of identification, payment, shipping or otherwise;

  • Not use the site inappropriately or to commit any crime or in contravention of any applicable laws, rules and regulations;

  • Not contravene any trademarks, copyright or intellectual property belonging to Performance HQ or any supplier brand posted on the Site;

  • Ensure that all products purchased meets its requirement and intended use. 

Shipping and Delivery Times

At Performancehq.ae orders placed by 3 p.m. (UAE local time, GMT +4) are usually processed the same day or the next business day. Most of the products we sell are drop shipped directly from Performance HQ’s warehouse. We stock locally, items labeled as “in-stock”, are available in Performancehq.ae warehouse. Products may ship in multiple boxes, ship from Performance HQ warehouse and arrive on different days depending on the ship method.

Orders are normally delivered within 2 to 3 business days after your item/s leaves Performance HQ’s warehouse to anywhere in the United Arab Emirates. However, under certain instances delivery may take an additional 1-5 business days. 

Fridays and Public Holidays are not considered regular delivery days for shipping. Any expected ship dates given are for illustrative purposes only as they are our best estimate based on past shipping times.

Delivery to rural or extended areas may take longer to deliver.

Special orders can take longer time depending on the items. Some items may need special handling and should be checked by Performance.ae prior to shipping. In this case, a shipping specialist will contact you by phone to confirm the details of your order.

Shipping costs

Your shipping cost can be viewed in your Shopping Cart before finalizing your purchase. 

Due to carrier regulations, the exact shipping price and time varies, depending on product size, delivery method, and other factors.

Products weighing 20kg and above require special handling process by carrier; as a result delivery may take extra time to deliver and shipping cost may differ. 

Customs For UAE deliveries, there are no customs charges while we recommend that you learn more about these in your country prior to placing an order.

Free Shipping

You may be offered Free Shipping on qualified items/offers without paying any additional fees. Such offer of free shipping is at the discretion of Performancehq.ae and subject to any restrictions which may apply. 

  • Free shipping deal is valid only on eligible items. Qualified items are identified on their product information page. They can also be recognized in your shopping cart.

  • Free shipping orders will be delivered by a standard shipping method selected by Performancehq.ae.

  • Some Free Shipping offers are restricted by delivery destinations.

  • Performancehq.ae reserves the rights to end or change this Free Shipping offer at any time.

Shipping Address Details

At the time of placing the order, the Customer shall ensure that accurate address details are provided. We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. the Customer should be present to accept delivery of the order.

If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery. Delivery times may also change and this will be notified to you beforehand.

Customers will be asked to sign for the goods upon delivery. Once delivered and signed for, no claim of damaged goods will be accepted. Photo identification may be needed in some cases to accurately verify the receiver.

The following forms of ID are accepted:

  • Original & Valid National ID

  • Original passport (profile and visa page)

In addition, if “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods then the details on the photo ID should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.


Each product purchased from Performancehq.ae shall come with a warranty of 6 months for each Product commencing from the billing date. The warranty is valid only if products are in their original condition as purchased and in its original packing. This warranty shall not apply and any and all liability on account of defects as to quality is excluded in particular if the Product is changed without authorization, is incorrectly stored, misused, repaired, altered, or modified in any way or through the installation of third party parts. This warranty shall not apply to any Products or any part thereof, which have been the subject of any third party service, accident, acts of God, or sabotage.


Before signing for your order please make sure to check the packaging for any signs of damage. If any considerable damage is present that you feel may have affected your item please refuse the shipment and do not sign the Delivery Receipt. Once the order is refused, please contact us at Performancehq.ae or call +971 2 501 4 599 and speak to one of our Customer Service representatives so we can complete the claim and place a replacement order. In case of slight damage and you feel your order has not been affected you can still accept the shipment but make sure to note the delivery receipt with a description of the damage.

As soon as you receive the order, open and inspect your product for any signs of further damage. In case that you encounter any damage you will need to: * Keep your copy of the delivery receipt as well as all of the original packaging materials for proper claim documentation. * If possible digital photos should also be taken to further support any claims. * Contact us at Performance.ae or call +971 2 501 4 599 and speak to one of our Customer Service representatives so we can complete the claim and place a replacement order. Such claims are limited 3 days from the date of delivery only and not claims can be made after such date. 


You agree that Performance HQ may process your personal information (name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and other information) for the purposes of providing the services and for sending marketing communications to you. 

We do not collect any personal information from you unless you voluntarily choose to disclose that information. This may include when you use one of our sites; sign-up for updates or an email list; request information from us; or otherwise contact us. This includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. We will use any personal information you provide to us to respond to your specific request for information or inquiry.  We may share your information as otherwise permitted by law or as we may notify you.

We use Google Analytics to track and report on this Site’s traffic. We use cookies to track the country from which you are visiting this Site. Most Web browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. If you prefer, you can set your Web browser to reject these cookies.

Performance HQ shall take reasonable measures to safeguard against unauthorised access to your personal information and to safely store your information. Performance HQ has no control over the practices of third parties. In an effort to increase the safety, and in line with our banks security requirements, we may from time to time ask for a copy of a valid ID and the front side of your credit card (only if deemed necessary). This may be at the time of delivery, or at the time of order processing. 

Failure to provide such documents upon request may lead to cancellation of the order and payment of the related charges.


On order processing pages we use a SSL security certificate. All information is encrypted. Credit Card details are not stored on the server or our company database at any time. Any sensitive information transferred is through a secure SSL connection (HTTPS) as mentioned. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, the Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our site will be completely safe.

Site Uptime

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Site is available 24 hours every day. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server/other technical issues. We will not be liable if the Site is unavailable at any time.

Links to and from other websites

We have not reviewed each third party website and have no responsibility for such third party websites or their content. If you would like to link to this website, you may only do so on the basis that you link to, but do not replicate, any page on this Website and you do not in any way imply that we are endorsing any services or products unless this has been specifically agreed with us.

Dispute Resolution, Governing Law and Jurisdiction

If any dispute, claim, controversy or difference arises out of or in connection with or in relation to these Terms and Conditions, then the parties shall first attempt amicably to settle the dispute through good-faith negotiations over a period of thirty (30) calendar days failing which the parties shall submit to the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Notification of Change

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and any such changes may be communicated on our website.
